About Me
Who am I?
As a student in Agricultural Leadership, Education & Communications at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign—with a concentration in Organizational & Community Leadership and a minor in Art & Design, I define myself as a creative emerging leader who is focused on people-centered systems that affect workplaces. I have work experience that expands from agricultural research, campus leadership, and community engagement, all grounded in my passion for building environments where people feel supported, informed, and empowered.
My career goals include pursuing graduate studies in labor and employment relations and ultimately working in agricultural HR, compliance, or employment law. Equity, ethics, and the conviction that intentional leadership and thoughtful communication establish strong organizational cultures deeply motivate me.
